finch therapy pllc
I am a queer licensed clinical social worker who hails from the southern part of the US. I began my career as a social worker in 2017 working in refugee/immigration communities and have continued to work in schools, medical settings, homeless services, and mental health centers. I began my therapy career in 2022 and I love to work with people in their unique journeys across the lifespan.
In my career and my personal life I center play, community, joy, and imagination. I believe the relationships we build, with ourselves and others, are central to personal growth. My therapeutic approach centers on fostering connection, understanding, and empowerment to help clients reach their goals and find their truest self.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, autism, ADHD, OCD, phobias, sensory processing difficulties, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I am experienced in supporting clients as they navigate a variety of concerns that impact their lives: moving, social situations, friendships, school/work, family life, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, and sports. I view therapy as a collaborative journey and am committed to supporting my clients every step of the way.
